2^nd International Symposium on Living Systems Design Research

Invitation

It is our great honor to invite you to attend the 2^nd International Symposium on Living Systems Design Research (2^nd ISLSDR), which will be held from Sep. 10-13, 2026, at National Chung Hsing University (NCHU), Taichung, Taiwan. This Symposium is jointly organized by NCHU and the Japanese Society for Living Systems Design Research (JSLSDR). The JSLSDR intends to create a forum for Designing Living Systems Leads to What Life Is. The central theme of the 2nd ISLSDR symposium focuses on Engineering the Dialogue of Life: Host–Microbe–Molecule Communication.This was further discussed by connecting five aspects:
- Engineering Immunity for Sustainable Health
- Decoding and Engineering Human Disease Mechanisms
- Precision Health and Therapeutic Discovery
- Crop Resilience for a Sustainable Food Future
- From Genome Engineering to Artificial Life
